Liz is an exercise and education professional with 15 years of experience and a certified trainer in functional fitness for pregnancy and postpartum. She is passionate about not wanting women to miss out on the physical, mental, and social benefits that exercise has been proven to have during and after pregnancy so has created her consultancy business Strong Mama!
Liz is on a mission to educate and empower women to continue exercising in the way they enjoy, with the community they love, through pregnancy and beyond.
Strong Mama provides personalised advice based on your stage of pregnancy and current symptoms, helping you to understand the changes that are happening to your body and how you can adapt your training to manage symptoms and reduce the risk of complications in pregnancy and postpartum.
Consultations are offered at a time and place to suit you face-to-face or online, and 1:1 or small group options are available plus home exercise programs for those days when a WOD might seem too much.
All Strong Mama clients are invited to join a What’s App group chat where you can connect with other like-minded mums and mums-to-be too.
